FAQ

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are generally shipped in 1-3 business days from order time. We use USPS for the bulk of our orders and reuse any packaging and bubble wrap to keep costs down and reduce waste. Shipping is generally via USPS Priority in the USA with small parcels going First Class Parcel.  Both methods have tracking and Priority includes a small amount of insurance as well.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Custom and duty tax are responsibility of buyer and are set by the country of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds are available if merchandise is defective. Message me for instructions on what to do. Requests for a refund must be made within 3 days of receipt of item. Returned items must be in the same condition when you received them. Refund will be issued after item is returned in it’s original condition to the original payment method.

Working Enviornment

We are a working ranch.  We have critters.  We have llamas, goats, dogs, cats, and chickens.  The only critters that live in the house are dogs and the occassional bottle baby goat.  The cats live outside. We are a non smoking family. We do use essential oils, so your items might smell extra nice at times.

Care Instructions

Most of the hand dyed and hand painted items have been washed by hand in the dye and set process. On occassion a piece could still have a bit of dye in it that might bleed.  If some excess dye still remains, item can be washed in cold water and vinegar soak to set the dye even more.

I recommend that items are hand washed in cold water with LIKE colors to ensure color staying where it is supposed to.  Do not wash wool fibers or items made from wool fibers in hot water with soap and agitation or the item will FELT. Dry flat or line dry where appropriate.  Do not dry in an electric dryer or item will FELT AND SHRINK.
